Every Cole Haan product is backed by our long-standing tradition of quality and craftsmanship. Cole Haan Malaysia will accept any unworn or unaltered merchandise within 14 days of receipt of item. All returns will need to be arranged from our end, via our Online Self Return Form. Returned items must be unworn and in their original box. They must also be accompanied with original tags and invoice. Kindly ensure that shoe box must be placed in a plastic bag and the AWB must attached on the plastic bag instead of shoe box.

We are unable to make exchanges for online purchases. Cole Haan Malaysia reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy. We offer Free Returns for orders more than RM 450. For products purchased on www.colehaan.my original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns are applicable to full priced items only. We do not allow returns on sale items. If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, the promotion will no longer apply when partial returns are made. The refunded amount will exclude that of the promotional amount.

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return once received at our warehouse. You will receive a refund based on the original form of payment. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to post to your account.

Cole Haan Malaysia can only process returns from purchases made from our online store as per our policy. All other requests should be directed to the original place of purchase. All outlet purchases must be returned to Cole Haan outlet stores only. All Cole Haan items purchased outside of Malaysia must be returned in the country where the original purchase took place.
